As I write this post I have been brought to tears by the loss of life of my fellow countrymen and women in Victoria. The bush fires down there have tragically taken a heavy toll on a small community. Herald Story you can read this link for an update here is another update.
Then in Queensland we have massive flooding. At times I just love nature...but then now she makes me wonder.
Let us all pray in our own ways today for those who have lost their lives, houses and family members. It must be terrible and I just cannot imagine the pain they are all going through.
I was going to post about other things today but, out of respect I think that this will be enough.

Hi I'm popping in (nosing around) fellow Time For Tea Swappers.
We heard the news in the UK. Nature seems so out of wack at the moment. We've got snow! I wish I could send some of the chill your way.
I hope you had a happy birthday- the fabrics look inspirational.

Sending prayers and thoughts to all who are affected by the fires and floods. I am reminded of the fires in California and the floods in the Midwest here and my heart goes out to all of you..and even if you don't go through it personally, it is your countrymen that are affected and it is hard to comprehend.

So sad and unbelieveable that someone actually set some of the fires! Stay safe.
